REVIVE WITH STEPH CUSACK
Steph is an Australian yoga teacher specializing in vinyasa yoga – a strong yet playful style which combines movement and breath to calm the mind and increase physical strength and flexibility. Steph also teaches yin yoga – slow, deep stretching for healthy joints and connective tissue.
After the rides, Steph will guide us through restorative yoga sessions to revive our bodies and minds. She encourages students to breathe deeply and tune into the mind-body connection, to awaken their true potential… both on and off the mat.
RIDES WITH EXPERIENCED GUIDES James has been riding bikes for as long as he can remember, from trikes as a child to week long events today. James took a complete change of career in 2007, from an office job to being a fully qualified cycle mechanic. Since then he has worked for such prestigious brands as Rapha, La Fuga, Club La Santa and The Service Course as either a mechanic, guide or both. His work has allowed him to ride some of the most spectacular roads Europe has to offer. Laura was born and bread in the heart of the Spanish Ironman country, Calella, Catalonia. Having grown up around athletes, she too started taking part in triathlon a few years ago. She has taken part in events both locally in Catalonia and abroad. Her passion which also happens to be her job is being a tour guide in the cities of Barcelona & Girona. Her speciality subjects are catalan art noveau, Salvador Dalí and Game of Thrones tour, so please feel free to ask her as many questions while she is guiding you on two wheels or at the dinner table with a glass or two.
